Celebration time and fun in Austin!

We all went to Austin to celebrate Andrew's Great Grandmother's 92nd Birthday. We all enjoyed having a family dinner with her Saturday night and watch her blow out her candles! On Sunday, we took the kids to Zilker Park to the annual Kite Festival. Even though it was cold, Andrew and Emmie (his cousin) seemed to enjoy being outside.

Special thanks to Andrew's grandparents (Pamma and Lar) and his uncle Chris and aunt Kirsty for taking such wonderful care of Andrew while his mommy and daddy worked during the day on Saturday. Also, to Kirsty for letting me use her pictures since my camera wasn't wanting to cooperate.

Beautiful Sunday

Andrew, Hunter and Sienna had a great time enjoying a beautiful Sunday afternoon playing outside. Andrew is so lucky to have such great friends who live on our street.

Finally!!

My sister-in-law, Kirsty inspired me to setup our own family blog. We have enjoyed her updates about Emmie, my niece, and their family adventures.

So while Andrew was taking a nap today, I sat down to try to put it together. My intentions are to update date it weekly, but we'll see how long it lasts! I hope this will be something everyone will enjoy.
